When they divide they shall enlist many who's ambition differ but there allegiance to the group shall keep them focused on the success of this union. There fore a body formed shall exsist to be governed by the bylaws which shall be voted upon and agreed to. These founding members shall take the names of the ancients to remain anonymous in the official lounge,: but shall be write by there Christian or forename be enrolled into the ledger for payment and etc.....

Speak then the The Sergeant at Arms who is in charge of creating meetings and having everyone informed of meetings. This person to will break ties in voting: shall oversee and keep all meetings in order, and all shall sit to the end of meetings but allowed to leave with the permission of the Sergeant at Arms. His term is voted upon all members of the staff: but; but his or her expulture can only be voted upon by the Senior staff and then again by all members.
The Club Secretary will keep records and the vote, and will be asked to read the decisions of the previous affairs.Voted on by all members and can be relieved if another position is available and succession then to be voted on the request and appointment.
Treasurer. Must be independent of both positions. the under Treasure has the right to request an audit: which can take place by the request of Under Treasurer and Club Secretary.
Talent Buyer and Event Staff are to be voted on and coordinators. A Proxy will be appointed to act in the favor of the entire body, but must inform the Talent Buyer before any decision is made, and request for funds are only done with the signature of the Talent Buyer.
