Notes About The Poem

Poverty Ails

Clamor for food security prevails midst scarcity of basic necessity such confronts the world; oh, poverty ails. Though there’s great Source, supplies demand high sales inequality reigns, buttressed by greed’s certainty clamor for food security prevails. Hear the sick in their bad health pity wails afflicted with insufficiency’s futility such confronts the world; oh, poverty ails. While technology upgrades production scales rice shortage remains a global verity clamor for food security prevails. Then population-explosion issue hails malnutrition problem along infant mortality such confronts the world; oh, poverty ails. Let’s reach-out with care, since charity* never fails trusting God to end this sad reality: clamor for food security prevails such confronts the world; oh, poverty ails.

Congratulations. This is where you see the have and the have nots. The haves wasting food and some even flaunting all the materialism they have, when some are dying with lack of basic needs.

God's charity is surely beyond anything we can understand and we all benefit from it. I like the foundation for your poem. When we start to try to understand God's charity, God opens our eyes to the ways we can live in it! Congratulations on your win!
