'potential In-Laws'

I heard about them
hope they are prepared for me
I am not the ex

his mom’s favorite
I’ll show her respect, that’s me
besides he loves me

that is important
they live in another town
my future in-laws

Wilma, it must be tough to marry a man whose ex is his mother's favorite. Thank goodness they live in another town. And I'm sure you would be kind to the ex; it's in your nature. Dr. Ram will appreciate your terrific entry. Best wishes in his contest, dear. Love, Carolyn
