Posture
Seek to know well,
Empty your mind;
Now let thought dwell,
Sense a sure find;
Open your heart,
Reach for a feel;
Yield for a start.
Play with a thrill;
Obey your soul,
See deep within;
Trust makes you bold,
Urge lives unseen;
Rise to the times,
Echoes fit rhymes.
