Possessed

Poisonous, your serpent's tongue.

I desperately try to retreat
into nothingness

But you are a hunter
ravenous for my un-buttered
soul.

How dare you threaten
the fibers of my universe.

I scold you and with
little effort try to
conquer you.

Until the new waves
reach the shore
I may perhaps
remain your prisoner.
