Porridge is ready
Smelling nice and ruddy
Quick and fast
Wash every plate
My hunger and thirst
Can't wait to get a taste.

Thanks to mum and daddy
Spicy and tasty
Yum, yum, yummy
I ate a little hasty
That's why I love you mummy.
Porridge is ready
Delicious and ruddy
With pleasure, I relished
