Pops Picture

Written By: D. Collins 9/21/24

Never put anything in front of Pops picture.
Or, bad luck will reach out and come and get 'ya.
Give credence to the DNA within your blood.
Show ultimate respect for those who taught you love.
It gets even better, if you look just like him.
A total reproduction of my father, Jim.
Someone who never bows down to what ain't right.
The clear underdog who always wins the fight.
Because I have his traits, along with DNA.
Makes me the baddest MF living today.
What I am saying, I can say out loud.
Because I am proof of what makes me proud.
