This is an introduction of my thoughts Feelings I have endured which can't be bought Inside you will find Words that have escaped my mind And if read all the way through I must forewarn you Please understand who I am Before I was a boy and now a man Some reveal a sense of horror But continue on, there's more Others tell tales of love After all, I've been through enough Everything else is just in-between These are the words of a poor man's poetry
