Poltergeist

Relaxing feet up enjoying my supper
then it starts, doors banging lights
flashing on and off, there goes my cuppa,
all he wants is trouble and fights,
there goes the cornflakes and rice,
It's so hard living with a poltergeist,

never know what's going flying next
pots and pans levitating then falling,
this is so frustrating getting really vexed,
this situation is terrible, quite appalling,
radio at full volume he hates this device,
It's so hard living with a poltergeist,

ducking and dodging getting concerned
now started throwing the kitchen chair,
unbelievable the tables now upturned
objects just missing gave me a scare,
everyone is hiding even the mice
it's so hard living with a poltergeist,

he is making all our lives a living hell
this problem is sending us totally insane
destruction, anger expressed unable to dispel,
will we ever get our normal lives back again
everything has been tried we've had to sacrifice
it's so hard to live with a poltergeist.
