Polka Dots
Polka dots
How much my heart craves
To be the lady bird in your hair
Softly I will perch on your shoulders
That you won't even care
Your favorite black polka dots on red
I wear following in your dreams
Through lanes known unknown
Drenched in your breath's realms
When evening breeze will puff
Tangled in your messy hair
I'll wander in the dark silken jungle
That you'll ruffle lifting me with care
To keep me at your study table
In the flower vase adorning rose buds
Gazing at you with my twinkling eyes
I will be lost enamoured in your sweet hugs
