Know then the way where posture counts,
Feel that sure stay here at the fount.
Pick up the mast and choose your side,
Sign up fond cast that ride the tides.
Wise is the man who keeps good sense,
Note how you can charm that prompt tense.
Keep peace of mind and dare to be,
Work out deep finds where act sets free.
Who comes to call in noise that flings?
Swirl sweet and gall and watch time spring.
