Politics let us begin.
The origin is Greek my friend.
Politikos, that's it, hurrah,
the neuter plural of politika.
The dictionary is so fine.
It goes on further to define:
The art or science of government,
and controlling same (a further hint)
Competing for control complete
are politicians with goals to meet.
Their pinnacle is domination
of us all and this great nation.
It takes real egos that are great
to think they can control our fate.
Who put them there to make this fuss?
Surprise, surprise the answer's us!!!!
