point to ponder

neither the observer nor the observed
but that which knows both as recognition
unchanging consciousness poised in the void
is the very source of bliss ignition
in this sanctum let us release tension
that stillness attained forever remains
as the light of Self where there are no chains

Hello US, I came for my philosophy devotional. :) I’ve been contemplating and there is a crystalline, serene clarity to how you distill non-dual philosophy into seven luminous lines. Most of our daily mental suffering stems from being trapped in subject-object duality: the divided mind constantly evaluating the "observer" (the anxious ego) against the "observed" (the chaotic outside world). Sublime and deeply restorative work, Unseeking Seeker. Blessings, Daniel

Thanks Daniel. To be truthful this is inspired from the Kathopanishad discourse by Ekta Bathija ~ if I recollect correctly, chapter 2 episode 26. It’s on YouTube.
