It is so important to plan ahead to have a designated driver or a place where everyone can just stay after a party where they've been drinking. Often the young think they're invincible and they can't be reasoned with after they've had several drinks. They think they're perfectly able to drive. Your poem brings that fact to light with chilling veracity John. I am so thankful that none of my four children drink. A great entry John! ; ) 7

WoW! John, you've penned a sad yet well written take on the contest theme. Drinking and driving is never good. You expressed that fact very well in this clever piece. It reads like a winner to me. I wish you the best of luck in the contest. A without a doubt seven:-) Alexis
