Poetry My Friend

my writing is my closest ear and friend
a total listen to my mind as it bends
a silent partner to hear my voice
to take in my feelings and all loss
to let it go and to let it out
much calmer than to just scream and shout
soothing pain of problems within
i can say it all in peace
'with poetry my  friend!'
