Poetry Filled Up the Loneliness For You

you left me last night you left me alone you left, maybe, for another one or you left for the unknown a stormy night the night was electrical thunder passed by me very much I was in the faint light of kerosene lamp around me was prickling damp in the fading light alone the lizard was in a quiet tone on the mossy floor the cockroach was swoon In this closed room, you left me alone though loneliness could not touch me cause there was the Tagore, the Neruda there were alive a lot of poetry no loneliness touched me there the poetry filled up your place complexly since you left me alone period poetry became my living partner beauty -Sunday, July 14, 2019 Chattogram
