(Dedication: For my wife Ann) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My lover knows Verse craft I write In ample flow Of lovely cites My lover says Words in a gist: Love is the way Beyond all lists My lover sleeps Here by my side Murmurs so deep In dreamy ride My lover sighs Beyond word touch A poignant high That says so much My lover heals In sublime ways The way I feel In plot and play My lover hums A simple song And thus I come To know what's strong My lover is The way I live A feel of bliss In gaze I give My lover shows With space most grand That love can grow Lover and friend My lover grips My hands and more Blessing our trips From precious shores Leon Enriquez 27 April 2017 Singapore
