Poetry

You
At first it was just an eye thing
Meaning my eye would turn ever so
Slightly when you came around me
But now it's more like a fully focused transaction
               My eyes must wander
                      up and down
                     Back up to your smile
                       than back down again
You see i'm consenting my heart
                     signing on the dot
I really enjoy being in the room
when you smile your wide pearly whites.
               My imagination runs wild
I can't have you but does that really matter
                         Taken you are
                        But i'm taken with you
So this story is far from over
Let's cut to the next interview
