Poetically Grateful

In the space between mother and daughter and sister to sister There is no room for conditions, grudges, or doubt The fruits of caring, compassion, and trust are more than abundant Nuturing and support keep it in tact Sometimes annoyance and frustration invade this sacred territory But the pressure of the heavy heart quickly squeezes them away This space is made of phenomenally uncomplex matter It isn't confusing or misleading but it is, and most likely will remain, unquestioned In moments when crybabies cry tears of anger and sorrow Here they cry tears of relief and gratitude
