Poetic Justice

Poetic Justice Deepening sorrow awakens her in the dead of night Shrouded in darkness pervaded with regret an agonizing sight Temptation unveiled my fragility imbedding seductive scenes Where one enchantress enraptured this lost soul snared in her schemes... My transgression morphed into a love crime. Tried to heal the wound of the heart I failed so deceived Anguished by malicious and egotistical deed culpably conceived Forgiveness pondered by her essence within melted like snow At a crossroads kindness denying atonement kept its incessant glow... My despair burns in an inferno of fire and ice. Butterfly with broken wings took to the skies! ****** Just a reminder: This could be anyone's reality, or an ominous dream. A very intelligent assessment of this emotional poem, Valsa. So far, I'm real lucky that I haven't been in that kind of predicament. Thank you for the comment and visit!...ab

Your 'reminder' has put me on edge. Now I have to stay alert all day. No more afternoon naps! Smiles, Gershon

You want your relationship to last? Cut the naps in half and go straight home after work! There, that should help. Lol...ab
