Poems We Write
Poems we write all thru the night
With hope they sound just right
We proof read them, ever verse
Wanting our poems to be good enough for first
We pour our hearts out on paper
In hope that some how òur pain it will taper
Poems we write all thru the day
Get a job some would say
To get paid for our writings
That would be so delighting
Few understand when the words come, how exciting
A little of our pain we can leave in ink
It's great therapy I think
