Poem 4
looking back
He should have just said no
and put his foot down
Why didn’t he stop at one mistake
But instead he kept going when his answer was still no
One mistake down, another on the way
He didn’t want them yet he stays
Twenty years go by
The mistakes are grown and cared for
Now’s he has a chance to flee the seen
(Quick the mistakes aren’t looking)
