Poem 2

III

I took a step backward right on time

Begging on my knees, losing my dignity

Putting into risk my physical integrity

I feel pity for her,

Your inviting Asian eyes,

They make impossible to notice the WARNING sign

Run as fast as you can,

A wrecking ball is chasing you

Ready to destroy your life as you know it

While she falls in love,

For him ,you’re just the next victim waiting in line

A getaway car in his empty life,

Alcohol, drugs and mindless lust

When he says “I love you”

He never mean it

It's just part of his twisted game,

His game of giving love

And a few seconds later, take it away

The immeasurable speed will make you fly, feel alive

Your heart skipping like a rock in the water

Nothing but the preludium of an irrevocable, macabre, upcoming tragic
ending

There is no pain like heartbreak, especially when those are not honest... well written..
