Plenty

I sit and wait here at the gate,
I feel time bait that easy fate.

Plenty finds me here as surely,
A feeling free now moves clearly.

Plenty for me to glimpse fond dreams,
Ample sure sprees in precious streams.

Plenty moves ease in floral blooms,
I know deep peace that floods this room.

Plenty of thoughts that urge new chimes,
I word each lot to reap verse rhymes.

Plenty to say as echoes spring,
I write each day as ideas fling.

Plenty to think as feel meets play,
I bind each link where words fund way.

I sit with me to bridge a tale,
I can now see the swift strong gale.
