Please Take Care of Yourself

If you are struggling with mental health issues, please take care of yourself and speak to someone. We are here for each other. You are not alone, no matter what you think. Remember to feel the love around you. Hugs and love.

Please take care of yourself
'Cos there's only one of you
No one or no star out there compares
In the entire Universe

Please hold on to hope
Please take it one moment at a time
There is always someone here for you
No matter the reason or rhyme

Please know that you are loved
Please know that you are cared for
No matter how much you are struggling
Try to get out of your head

Feel with your heart and your soul
Feel how much you are loved and held
By the Universe and all of us
No matter what, we want you well

Please take care of yourself 
'Cos you are special and unique
We could never replace you
You're the only you we need
