"please Don'T Leave Us"

Someone is leaving us someone we love.
We ask for some help from our lord above.

At one time she had such a glow.
This disease creeped up on her so slow.

At first we watched her memory slip.
Then as she walked everthing made her trip.

Every night her children pray.
Please dear lord let her stay.

The days go by and she just sits and stare's.
We all wish she knew we were there.

As time passes and the days grow long.
We pray our love will make her strong.

This disease has caused so much pain.
Remember Alzheimer's is it's name.

                                     08/02/07
Alzheimer's effects so many family's not just mine but thousands.
So remember those souls that this disease effects.

A terrible disease, when the mind decays before the rest of the body, Tresa. Very hard to let go of the person. I never had to go through anything like this, but I know it bad, tho to have to do so. May God help, Sincerely, Love, Moses
