Please Build My Mansion Oh Lord

Please build, my mansion Oh Lord Though I may not deserve, what You hold in store I've tried, and I've failed, even had sin prevail Please build, my mansion Oh Lord Please build my mansion Oh Lord May it await me, as I cross, onto Your golden shore May it be, by the gates, so for her, I can wait Please build my mansion Oh Lord Please let her sadness subside I'm just a man, and not worth, the tears that she's cried She may be lonely, but she'll see, she can get over me Lord please let, her sadness subside Please let, her know that, I love her Let her know that, she's all that and more In Heaven I'll wait, please place my mansion, near the gate So she knows, that I waited for her Please let eternity bring Consolation to all, of our hopes and dreams May my windows please face, the line at the gates So when she arrives, not a minute we'll waste I don't need, the biggest of mansions Or deserve one, that's fit for a king I just need a small place, so for my queen, I can wait Please build my mansion, Oh Lord Oh please build my mansion Oh Lord.....
