superficial courtesies
hollow social chatter 
mundane inanities
are so wearisome 

let’s go extempore
rid of habit patterns
free from all bondage
in communion with soul

Unseeking Seeker January 16, 2023 at 3:32 AM Befriend your neighbour then, Victor or volunteer for social work or perhaps church service ~ keep engaged. Fortunately you are an excellent poet so writing keeps you mentally agile but human interaction is necessary
