It’s a beautiful day in Georgia, USA

PLAYDATE WITH MY GRANDSON The cool of morning wind. The playground free. We run on vitamin D, set sail for the timberset of castles and swings. Our wings on fire — Spring cheeks so ruddy red. I think of slower days - those not sublime. It’s a grand time. The trees dressed white and pink. The lift of heathery feet and the grass a treat. The sand - a miniature twister. Of all the wishes wished this one is sweet. 3/22/2019

There is nothing like a grandchild to make your day have the kind of happiness that we could only dream about before their birth; this poem expresses it well.

No greater blessing than grandchildren - - the Greeks have a saying that your child's child, is twice your child, and therefore your love is twofold! Lovely Poem Kim - very well penned. Poetry hugs, Jennifer
