Play With My Heart

Play with my dreams, dear, Watch them dance and scatter, Down the chiseled tracks of your face, Rolling like tiny spheres of wonder. Blame not the stars that gleam in my eyes, They only reveal the truth, Exposing the darkness that lingers within, For you, a moon of gloom, riddled with flaws. In this cosmic theater, we are but players, Bound by the scripts of our own creation, The stage set with fragments of joy and despair, A symphony of light and shadow, our orchestration. Let us revel in the playful masquerade, Where masks adorn our fragile souls, Amidst the dance of life’s elusive charade, We find solace within its intricate folds. The stars, like distant lanterns, guide our way, Yet they also unveil the depths we conceal, They bear witness to our fears and dismay, A reminder that perfection is but an ideal. Let us embrace the flaws that define, Each stroke of darkness, each hint of gray, For it is in imperfection we truly shine, In vulnerability, we find strength to portray. Play with my desires, dear, Those flickering stars of night, Let them illuminate the path we tread, And cast a glorious glow upon our delight. In this cosmic dance, we find our own grace, With every step, we embrace the unknown, Together we navigate this ethereal space, Immersed in a symphony uniquely our own. let the stars reveal their dazzling tale, Of love, of loss, of life’s enduring art, For within the flaws, our spirits prevail, And in this play, we etch our immortal part. …
