Platonic Soulmates

She was my soulmate, and i her writer Soft as honey, she was the glue that kept us together. Despite how much we tried to escape our vice, We continued gliding on that thin, blue ice. But thankfully for us, we were soft as a feather, And that sweet honey, she kept us together. For no matter how far we strayed We knew one thing would always remain. For like kindred hearts And birds of a feather As soulmates, we were meant to be together.
