Rampant vandalism looming
Threatening important developments
Hampering the progress of viable projects
Disheartening to find complete structures
Badly damaged and materials stolen
To replace vandalised materials is proven
Difficult and waste of resources
Now which lesson can vandals be taught
Why must vandals be so?
