When a devastated Earth fell silent
and lifeless, the Earth had time to heal itself
When beings from another solar system landed
The land looked green and pleasant
Initially, the beings' plan was to land on Mars
Ten million people lived there now; they were
A copy of its founder, simply called X.
The monetary system was odd, people said to
each other if you say you love me, I will give you
ten thousand X dollar
Since everyone agreed, yes, they did love their
clone, money changed hands, the currency
circulated and kept the finances afloat
The beings that landed on Earth thought that
No one had lived there before
But when digging in the soil, strange objects
were found, and the wise said, maybe a race had lived
Before we came.
