Placebo

Two viruses are out there now.
Each can take your breath away.
It's what they're born to do.
Two parasites are out there, attacking the mind.
Until a lie becomes truth and a truth becomes a lie.
While love, along with a {the placebo}
sit under heavy stone masks
unrecognizable
ineffective
forgotten.
