My girlfriend bought a car just a few weeks back It was a low-riding loud-running Pink Cadillac She took it for a cruise down on Rodeo Drive And she put the pedal to the medal doing one-ninety-five She pulled up to a red light and for heaven sakes She skidded through the light when she put on the brakes Another car was coming, and it bumped her in her ass It made her foot hit the pedal and open up the gas She drove into a drain-ditch nearly four feet deep And her head hit the horn, then, it began to beep My girlfriend she was looney; well, you should have heard her screaming Especially when she woke up, just to find that she was dreaming Pink Cadillac- Bruce Springsteen
