I used cotton candy sky in my alliteration Ku's title but I didn't do well in a contest. I don't care. I think it's a cool metaphor for the sky you describe

Andrea, I stepped outside and saw a sky that was cloudy but more or less blue instead of gray and the sky was just pass dawn and I thought cotton candy which I haven't seen any in several years and the sky brought back memories of county fairs in years gone by. Thanks for the visit. Sara K
