Pig In a Blanket

Pig in a blanket?
never heard such a thing before
until that is
I saw a dinner menu
posed by a pub door.

I had visions of a cute little piggy
with a curly tail all snuggled up in bed
dreaming of rolling in mud
and piggy thoughts running through
It's head
But I found out it was a sausage wrapped in bacon
instead.

Unbelievable but true,
