Pig

Pig, with a fine nose. Truffle, with a rustic smell. Forests, where they meet. The pig, to hear his sweet praise. Mushroom, now served on a plate.

what a fun poem, I think they use dogs too to sniff out these delicacies - far beyond my pocket though! hugs Jan xx

I think there is a relative of truffle that is cheaper but has a similar taste. I've never eaten either of them
