Pictures In the Sky

White clouds sail across skies of blue Like an ocean above, I view Sailing, floating, just like a kite Merging together, feels so light Pictures in the sky, I create As my mind tip toes around fate A few light raindrops catch my eye Falling from pictures in the sky A smile emerges just in time To see the kites fly in this rhyme To make a boat from paper too And sail through peaceful skies of blue Heidi Sands 6/20/23 *8 syllables
