Yes, a photograph just can't do justice to the ravages of time. This was your first haiku post. Looks like you started here around 2014?

John, I'd thought I'd go back in time too and read one of your earlier writes and I was not disappointed.. Photograph is an awesome snapshot of the current state of affairs my friend. Excellently expressed and so captured in the moment... Wonderful and enjoyed!

Thank you! I felt there's something a bit sad about the lack of printed photos these days... it seems to be more and more people are *taking* photos, but they just tend to sit there on our computer hard-drives, rather than being displayed or stored in albums! Sign of the times, really...
