Phoenix Rising: Mystic Journey

I sought a seer insight. In shadows of despair, I'd dwell.
Hollow and burdened by life's sombre knell.
Hopping for whispers of a future bright and fair,
Or a spurt of hope amid my current wear and tear.

Heavy steps dragged me to fates mystic door.
Mind ablaze with potential truths, fears to the core.
Yet, unprepared for prophecies that could shatter my dreams,
For in human nature, hope and doubt entwine, it seems.

Staggering, I met the wizard's scrutiny gaze.
His smile held a cryptic message to mirth:
Desiring only a glimpse of life's gentle rebirth.

He blew a tempest of air upon my weary face,
Whirling visions of my past, present, and future grace.
In turmoil, I glimpsed a struggle, fierce yet grand,
A future alluring, yet battling quicksand.

Gasping for clarity, I sought to break free,
I yearned to forge a path where my spirit could be.
Moments later, guided by his mystic hand,
I glimpsed the barriers hindering my life's strand.

With fiery resolve, I faced my progress bane.
Burring down obstacles, breaking every chain.
A newfound lightness lifted my soul's weight,
A burgeoning hope, a chance to recreate fate.

On my journey forward, the wizard's image stayed,
A guardian in shadows, a debt to be paid.
With each step I took, purpose burning brightly.
I'd perceive my return to rekindle the light.

As destiny would have it, a call broke the stillness,
An open contract, a promise of brilliance.
The wizard's due, my first earning, paid in full,
A phoenix rises, from the ashes, a hopeful lull.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
