Phoenix in the Ashes
Bruised and battered, I still remain.
Each scar a tale of silent pain.
Two years of hell, I walked alone,
A fractured heart, a broken bone.
They never saw, they never knew,
The storms I fought, the nights I blew.
Yet from the rubble, I now arise,
A flame unyielding, burning skies.
With wings of hope, I soar anew,
Embracing dawn, embraced by blue.
Past shadows fade, the light calls me near,
In every breath, a whisper clear.
Resilient spirit, fierce and bold,
I gather strength from stories told.
With every heartbeat, I claim my fight,
A symphony of dreams igniting the night.
In the tapestry of stars, I weave my truth,
A testament to courage, forever uncouth.
From ashes rise, no fear to glean,
In the dance of life, I reign supreme.
