Pets
They are so much more than just a pet
All sorts of them you get
To some they are the best listeners, that never ever judge
No matter how they look, they have the most comforting touch
To some they are protectors, little security guards
Warning you of trespassers outside in your yard
Some even knows your secrets and feelings
And they are the most loyal little beings
Some can be annoying, barking when you sleep
But then they do the cutest things that touch your heart real deep
To some they are a comforter, like a sibling they never had
Help making them feel better, when they’re feeling a little sad
To some they are like their own children, playing, messing, running around
They can also give that feeling of "the best thing you've ever found"
So there is so much more to those furry little creatures
All sorts of them you get
And there is nothing so adorable like your own little pet
