Very "entish"- are you familiar with that term? Today I visited family in New Jersey and saw some dazzling colors. Yours Matthew Anish

Sara, Those driftwood trees (mangrove swamps) do have their own persona. Having lived in South Florida in my younger days, your poem brings special meaning to me. The living preserves life and the gathered driftwood is turned into beautiful artistic memories. Thanks for sharing your individuality and strength. Lovingly, Dane

The ultimate source of the persona(individuality)of all things is Love(God). It all is good as God said in Genesis, but then the human mind gets a hold, is where things can turn bad. Thank God, there is a reset switch, "Mercy" As you have said even the driftwood tree has it own unique persona. God bless Sara, enjoyed the read as always, Sincerely, Love, Moses
