Perseverance Is Key
Two steps
forward, three steps
back. That's the way it seems
life goes sometimes, barely moving
forward at a snail's pace.
Perseverance
is key.
Life is
worth the living,
though hardships may beset.
Nothing worthwhile will be easy.
Sometimes you have to fight.
Perseverance
is key.
Follow
the Yellow Brick
Road worked for Dorothy
in the "Wizard of Oz", but she
still faced a few setbacks.
Perseverance
was key.
Keep on
seeking, keep on
moving, don't give up hope.
Even Noah had to wait for
flood waters to recede.
Perseverance
was key.
And once
you reach your goal,
Rejoice and Celebrate!
But don't stop your forward movement.
Don't become complacent.
Perseverance
is key.
