Perpetual Love

PERPETUAL LOVE

My love for you is like a ship on the sea
Unerringly gliding toward its destination
It sails on a course to you from me
Onward it sails night and day
No storms can arise to deter its way
It's a love that's fueled by determination
A love that is unconditionally free

Whenever it arrives at the chosen port
I will securely moor it at the dock
And just as a judge rules in a court
The verdict will be carried out
You will never have reason to doubt
My love for you is as solid as a rock
As secure as a well manned fort
