Perpetual Flight
Let's take a ride atop a cloud
Just you and I, I'd be so proud
To float with you around the world
The troubadour with his dream girl
Stopping places interesting
Nothing planned, just do our thing
One request I have of you
Please hold my hand until we're through
And if you do you can be sure
I'll float with you forevermore
I'll never want to end the flight
Your hand in mine, all day, all night
My life spent locked within your touch
Tracing out "I love you much"
So will you come? Please let me know
I'll find a cloud if you say so
