The vivacious incandescent longing buoyant,
spreads the spectrum of yearning in the fervent skies.
Spring-soaked beguiled brush passionately paints to enchant
my heart’s canvas portraying the chromatic craving, life descries.
In the cracked cinnamon ground parched to the core,
mist of my desert desolation pervades sneaking in the sly
within the faded veins of the fragile fallen leaves galore,
echoing the evergreen hymn of hope in their rustling sigh.
The eyes weep unseen tears in a torrent within,
fill the fathomless cauldron of pining pathos undefined.
The remnant essence in cacophony of life remains out of din
in the thicket of the eroded banks of the river called mind.
The symphony of desire with cascading cadence waits to start,
as the whistling zephyr flows from the plateau dainty,
makes ripples of melody in the lilac lake of heart,
pulsating with the eclectic tune of perpetual ecstasy.
