A sad fact of life - I had birds in my nesting box one year - a fledgling fell out trying to fly too early .... a cat got there before I did:-( Hugs jan xx

Thank you so much for the high mark, Dorian! I've been observing a few bird nests in our patio, and unfortunately, a chick did not survive. It is sad, but a part of life.
