Hola hello Maureen. Reading this poem gave me a sense of elation, of course from the quoted song; but my mind slipped on the word "peri". My mind tends to not think out of the box, but what I know; so for me "peri" is a genie. I'm thinking this wasnt intended; so I hope this poem means goodbye to menopause? If so, me being a the Beatles fan would have used "Hello Goodbye". Wink and a nod Maureen; and I know my thoughts are way off base. Ok siento.

Yes, the chicken dance of course. Though I've been to Lisbon, I'm a vegetarian; so must have missed this dish on the menu. Thanks for the explanation Maureen. Today was very foggy with a chance of rain in my brain.

... peri peri chicken, a most delicious Portuguese dish. had not heard of genie, but I love it. It's hello menopause, goodbye stormy cloud of fertility. Back in highschool gym class we had to teach the class a dance, my bestie and I made costumes and did the chicken dance. Do you remember that one?
